First Impression
The VaporDNA website follows the standard design one should expect from an online vape store; their most popular products, or those on sale, are displayed on the front page, while they have dropdown menus at the top of the page to divide their many products into different categories. In this way, it’s easy to navigate around the website and find the products you are specifically looking for, rather than having to dig around a vaguely organized page that just has everything on it. You can also search for specific items through a search bar. These tools give the site good marks in our books, since ease of navigation is the most important part of a retail website.
VaporDNA Production Selection
VaporDNA is a wholly vape based retailer. Everything they sell is in relation to vaping, which includes vape juice itself, hardware, and accessories. These various products have been divided into many different categories on the VaporDNA website. We’ll briefly cover each category, as well as the types of products you will find within each of them.
- E-Liquids: This is where you will find the e-liquids to use with your vaping devices. There are more than 100 different e-juices available, though they are divided into three main flavor categories; menthol, sweets, or fruity. You can also search them by brand, of which there are six to choose from, including names like Burst, Ground Zero, and Ethos Vapors.
- Starter Kits: This is for people who are just starting out with vaping. Here you can find entry level, mid level, and sub-Ohm starter kits. If you are a newbie or just wouldn’t consider yourself a pro vaper just yet, this is the category you would want to go in.
- Vape Kits & Mods: Here you will find exactly what you expect from the name of the category. There is an endless amount of different products in this category, so ordinarily you would be able to get your hands on just about any type of mod or rebuildable you wanted.
- Sub Ohm Tanks: Whether you are looking to replace your current devices or simply don’t have one of your own yet, there are ordinarily more than 100 different tanks and coils to choose from in this category. Of course prices vary based on what you’re getting, but a vast majority of these products are under $20.
- Accessories: This category includes a wide array of different things; batteries, battery chargers, drip tips, and actual accessories. You can find charging docks, sleeves, or really all manner of add-ons for your vape here. Or at least, you would be able to if any of it was actually in stock.
- What’s New: This is where you would find any and all products that are new to the online store, regardless of their category. Unfortunately, even this section is full of items that are all out of stock and unavailable.
- Sale: The category for items that are currently discounted due to being on clearance. You could find items from every category here, but they are all out of stock as well.
- CBD: You can find here CBD vape juices, CBD vape pens, CBD cartridges, CBD Oils and Tinctures, CBD topicals, CBD gummies, CBD edibles, CBD capsules, CBD bath bombs and even CBD products for pets!
Bundles
There are no bundles available on VaporDNA. All of their discounted items are displayed in the ‘sale’ category. While this is better than never offering discounts, it’s not as good as bundles would be, since those allow you to buy items in bulk at a discount.
VaporDNA Shipping and Returns
VaporDNA ships throughout the United States and internationally through USPS. They take no responsibility for any mishaps that occur, which includes confiscation of the product if there’s a legal issue. As for returns, they do allow them, but it all depends on the warranty. Some items are not returnable, while some may only be returnable under certain circumstances.
